Children's appeal to parents, grandparents and guardians.

We don't want to be weak. Help us BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

      multi-generation-family-standing-in-park-2025-04-04-22-34-36-utc.jpg

We're not asking for a new phone. We're not asking for more candy. We're not asking for time off from school.

We ask you for something else. For a chance to be strong.

FOR HEALTH, FOR A FITNESS BODY, FOR A PAIN-FREE LIFE.

      Weakness does not scream.

      He enters quietly.

      Every day we don't exercise.

With every PE lesson we don't build muscles.

With each passing month, when no one asks if our body is coping.

"I feel weak. But no one asks me about it."

      Some of us play football.

      Others go dancing or swimming.

But that doesn't mean we are strong.

Because movement is not the same as force.

Even if we move, we may have weak muscles, loose joints, and zero stability.

      Only no one checks it.

      There are no body tests.

      There are no strength grades.

That's why there is no progress.

There are tutoring sessions for mathematics.

      And from the body?

Nobody asks if we can carry our backpack.

Can we pull ourselves up on a horizontal bar?

Do we have the strength to stand steadily on one leg?

They just assume that "we are healthy."

Because we have a pulse. And a heart. And a stamp from a doctor.

But a car also has an engine.

And yet every year it undergoes inspection of the suspension, steering system, and shock absorbers.

We – we don’t go through any.

“Do something with yourself” – we sometimes hear from you.

But when we look at you, we see that you also struggle with the flesh.

With weight. With movement. With pain. With shortness of breath.

We don't want to remind you of this.

      We want understanding.

      And help.

We know you didn't have this chance.

There were no Strength and Health lessons.

There were no School Dream Gyms.

Nobody told you about muscles, strength, nervous system.

But today you can give us all this.

      Say:

"I didn't have that chance. But I'll do everything I can to make sure you do."

“I don’t want you to end up like me – with joint pain, shortness of breath, diabetes.”

"Let's do this together. For you. For me. For us."

Maybe you don't believe in school anymore.

Maybe you don't believe in politicians.

BUT WE STILL BELIEVE IN YOU!

      Please:

Help us to create a school in our school

      School Dream Gym.

      The place where we learn:

      • how to be strong,

      • how not to break down,

      • how not to get sick,

      • how to have a body that protects us.

This is not a sports project.

      This is a rescue project.

Maybe one day you will go there with us.

Maybe it will be the Intergenerational School Dream Gym.

And maybe together we can regain what was lost.

And we will save what can still be saved.

      Don't remain indifferent.

Don't be afraid to speak up.

Don't be ashamed of your mistakes.

Turn them into gifts and courage.

Help us before it's too late.

Because if not you – then who?

      Signed:

Children and teenagers who don't want to be weak
