Q&A – General Questions

1. Is this project just a gym for kids?
No – it is a complete system of education, prevention and restoration of biological health, which begins in school but covers the entire society.
The School Dream Gym is:
new subject (Lesson of Strength and Health),
training infrastructure,
application, tests and strength passports,
intergenerational space.
This isn't a "gym" - it's a new approach to public health.
2. Do children really need to build strength?
Yes – more than ever.
Because they sit more than ever,
because they have less strength than their peers from 30 years ago,
because they grow under stress, not in movement.
Strength is not a luxury – it is a biological necessity of modern childhood.
3. Is this a sports or health project?
Sport is for the chosen ones – strength is for everyone.
It's not about medals or competitions, but about:
stable spine,
strong heart,
sugar resistance,
stress and depression.
This is the foundation of health, not a sports result.
4. Can a school run such a project without large funds?
Yes – because:
schools already exist,
all you need is a small space and appropriate machines (e.g. TYTAX),
a ready-made application and knowledge base are available,
you can start with a small group and expand gradually.
This is a scalable, economical and realistic project.
5. Does this only work in big cities?
No – it works best in small towns where there are no alternatives:
there are no commercial gyms,
there are no physiotherapists,
there are no fitness clubs,
But there is school.
And the school can become a center of strength and health – for the entire community.
6. Are teachers ready to conduct such lessons?
Yes – if they receive the appropriate training and tools.
It's not about them being bodybuilders.
The point is for them to understand:
biology,
progression methodology,
way of working with the application and the passport of strength.
This is the new role of the biology and health teacher.
7. Is strength training safe for children and adolescents?
Yes – provided it is:
age-appropriate,
based on proper technique,
run on equipment that allows you to control the load.
Research shows that strength training is safer than football or basketball.
8. What about people who have contraindications to exercise?
In most cases, they have no contraindications to well-planned resistance training.
Strength training can even be performed:
after a heart attack,
depressed,
in case of insulin resistance,
in seniors with osteoporosis.
It's an adaptive tool, not an extreme one.
9. Are there any “strength standards” to strive for?
No – it's about comparison with others – it's about biological progress.
The Power Passport allows you to track your progress with respect to:
himself,
biological age,
movement possibilities.
This is biological self-knowledge, not ranking.
10. Can the School Dream Gym project be implemented globally?
Yes – because it is based on:
universal principles of biology,
available infrastructure (schools),
scalable solutions (training modules, application, tests).
This is a project created with the following in mind:
a child in Poland,
senior in Spain,
teacher in Argentina,
doctor in Canada.
