Q&A – School Dream Gym
!YOU NEED TO UPLOAD A PHOTO OF THE MACHINE WITH THE NEW GRAPHICS.
1. What is the School Dream Gym?
This is a new model of educational and training space in schools that combines the study of biology with the practice of building strength and physical health.
This is not an ordinary fitness room – it is a biology laboratory where children, teenagers and adults learn how to develop their bodies, protect their health and strengthen their mental resilience.
2. Why did the idea of creating the School Dream Gym come about?
Because the current education system does not respond to the crisis of biological weakness of children and young people.
There is no place where children can learn how to build strength, how muscles function, how to protect their spine, joints, heart, and brain.
The project was created as a response to muscle atrophy, obesity, depression and lack of immunity – biological and mental.
3. How is the School Dream Gym different from a regular gym?
It is educational – each exercise has biological significance and is linked to knowledge.
It's multi-generational – children, teenagers, parents, and seniors all participate. It's professional – based on TYTAX equipment and science, not random equipment.
It is systemic – combined with tests, applications, and theory lessons.
This is a completely new model of school space – the future of physical education.
4. Is this still PE?
No – the School Dream Gym is a space where the Strength and Health Lesson takes place – a new, full-fledged subject in education.
These are not extra-curricular activities or a replacement for PE.
It is a subject equivalent to biology, physics or mathematics – because it concerns the body, which is the basis of everything.
5. Will every student be able to practice on the machines?
Yes – the machines are designed to be safe, intuitive and easy to use.
Students will be guided step by step – by the teacher, the app and the markings.
Training will be selected individually, based on tests.
Each child will have their own "Power Passport".
6. Will students be graded on strength?
No – strength and health tests are not a form of assessment, but rather a form of diagnosis and motivation.
They are intended to help the child understand what level they are at and how they can develop.
No one gets a lower grade for not being able to do a pull-up.
But everyone will have a chance to learn and improve.
7. What exercises will be performed at the Dream Gym?
Exercises to strengthen the legs, back, abdomen, arms, buttocks, wrists, as well as balance, mobility, and cardio training (e.g. "Power Runner", rowing, skiing).
Each exercise will be tailored to the child's age and abilities.
There will be variety and regularity – not boredom and randomness.
8. Does the project also include parents and grandparents?
Yes, it's the Intergenerational School Gym of Dreams. Parents and grandparents will be able to exercise in the same spaces as their children – at separate times, but using the same equipment.
This builds community, family health and sets a good example for young people.
The school will become a center of local power.
9. Will the equipment at the Dream Gym be professional?
Yes – it will be based on TYTAX machines and special educational modules.
This equipment was designed for education, not for selling subscriptions.
It is designed to last 10–20 years, be resistant to intensive use and support every stage of human biological development.
10. Will there be an app for the Dream Gym?
Yes – the app will include:
exercise catalog,
video instructions,
strength tests,
planning "training tailored to the test",
Passport of Strength for every student,
tools for teachers and parents.
It is a digital center for managing a student's biological development.
11. Who will lead the Strength and Health Lesson?
Not a PE teacher, but a new profession – a strength and health teacher.
This is a person trained not only in exercise methodology, but also in biology, physiology, neuropsychology, nutrition, and motivation.
It will be a prestigious, modern and strategic profession – like an engineer in the 19th century.
12. Does the School Dream Gym have global applications?
Yes – The project was created with children and young people around the world in mind.
Lack of strength, stress, addictions, a sedentary lifestyle – these are global problems.
