Q&A – PE Teachers and Strength and Health Lesson Teachers

1. Can a PE teacher conduct a Strength and Health Lesson?
Yes – but after completing the qualifications.
The Strength and Health Lesson requires:
knowledge of the basics of biomechanics, muscle biology, nervous and metabolic systems,
skills in working with strength tests and applications,
competence in individualizing training.
This is a new educational role, not a continuation of the current PE model.
2. How does the Strength and Health Lesson differ methodologically from PE?
PE is based mainly on general activity (games, fun, fitness).
Lesson of Strength and Health:
is based on progressive resistance training,
combines movement with biological education,
does not judge – only leads to progress,
works on an individual student level, not a group level.
It is teaching about the body through the body.
3. What is the structure of such a lesson?
Each lesson includes:
1. Educational Introduction – Biological Theory,
2. Training part – individually selected exercises,
3. Reflection and entry in the Power Passport – observation of changes, goals, comments.
This is modern health education – active and measurable.
4. How to conduct lessons with students with very different strength levels?
Through entrance testing and application, every student has:
your starting point,
progression plan,
a set of exercises tailored to your abilities.
The teacher does not have to compare students – he leads them individually in a common space.
5. Do lessons require special infrastructure?
Yes – but to a small extent.
All you need is:
fully adjustable strength machines (e.g. TYTAX Edu),
30–40 m² of space,
screen, board, tablet with application,
access to the testing system.
This is not a gym – it is a biological movement laboratory.
6. How does a teacher work with the application and the strength passport?
checks test results,
adjusts the exercise program,
tracks student progress,
enters comments and observations.
This is an interactive form of teaching based on data, not intuition.
7. Can a teacher independently implement the Strength and Health Lesson in his or her school?
So you can start with:
one class or group of students,
as part of pedagogical innovation,
as an extension of health-promoting activities.
Over time, it may be introduced as a new, full-fledged item.
8. Does the Strength and Health Lesson require grading?
No ratings are replaced:
functional tests,
Passport of Strength,
feedback and reflection system.
It's not about "who's better", it's about development and awareness.
9. What support does a teacher receive who wants to teach this subject?
access to a ready-made lesson program,
methodological training,
access to applications and educational materials,
opportunity to collaborate with other teachers and specialists.
It is a complete system supporting a new type of educator.
10. Why is it worth becoming a biological development teacher?
Because it's the profession of the future:
combines education with medicine and prevention,
gives a real impact on the health and lives of students,
builds a new school culture based on knowledge, movement and respect for the body.
